The PEX file is uploaded and people can craft as I type this. However they don't know that, and it is up to us to decide when to tell them. If you want them to know asap, let me know and i'll start typing it up. Or you can read the permission file and do it for me.
If we want them to know at the admin meeting thursday, thats fine as well, and gives me more time to draft the post.
Prodigy already knows, mail him if you want him to stay quiet.
