We can calm down on this, considering we agreed that co-owners were ok as long as we can tell by their faction where they live, and only allow one house per person.

And I don't know if anyone heard me, but its my opinion that we should get people with the one-house-per program soon. So possibly as soon as the last house is built, say that we can sell, but only one per person globally.
I'm not sure if we resolved that or not.
And to what zombie said also (i dont know how to multi quote..)
We agreed at the admin meeting that it would be only one co-owner. and you could only buy one house...and if you already live in someones house you cant buy a house. (so you can only live one place)
Not to hard to remember.

We have once we Finish with the actual physical part of johto we will hopefully have already started them migrating/downsizing into one house and then those able move to johto when its open. sounds solid. We also allow co-owners. 1 or 2?

its so towns with 1 house dont have a faction number of one, the gymlead, his co and a close buddy could take it and make it a Team. Making them a real force.

That's my main problem, regulation. I find it difficult to regulate, and with Johto and other regions coming out whenever, I feel like it will be near impossible.

Why are they a must?

I think Co owners are a must but must be regulated n controlled. with limits and higher fees.

I am against co-owners too. I hate regulating it because people can easily lie and I don't have time to check all houses to see if they are really in certain houses. Seriously, the only time we find these violations is by accident, not through us regulating it.

Zombie, does your plan work off only 3 coowners?

Okay first off lets cover one thing at a time, Pricing. We do it by the block, Sound good?

Second off Co owners. What limitations and price do they hafta pay, and how many. I say like 40% of the price ONTOP of the original price, 2 co owners, but they cannot own their own house. So lets say its 10K For the house, so Trainer1 buys it. Now trainer1's friend Trainer2 wants to move in, Its 4k. Now trainer1's n trainer2's friend Trainer3 wants to move in. Another 4k. Now thats 18k for a 10k house. Sounds pretty solid. Just one thought though. Lets get this ball rolling.

Wouldn't matter, they all have the same amount under. If you have more showing on top, you'll have more underneath. It's directly proportionate. So we can say either way as long as its constant.

sigh never come to a conclusion. I like 1ce's pricing on blocks but I strongly support atleast 1-2 co-owners. Maybe we can have them for the section the reside in? idk. Do the cube pricing include the infin down blocks aswell>?
