Ugh I HATE pokemarts owned by people, the stuff is always WAY overpriced, and really obscure random shit, and if you manage to find something worth purchasing it's always the same:  "This shop is out of stock"

I'd have to say im against multiples, unless you can assure me that you can keep 2 marts fully stocked constantly.
In your case war, you are not only split between stocking 1 mart, gym leading, and building, but you also plan to leave within a few months, to not return for a considerable time. For those reasons, I'm against you in particular taking up a second mart.

I see your point 1ce. And Master come to my shop. Good prices and never out of stock  . Though I must say it SUX that the building is 10k PLUS $50 for every chest shop

Can you dig floors down to bedrock? Maybe you should charge them 20K instead for bedrock perms :P

I think the best thing would be to have the ground level unpurchasable/the standard sign shops, and then each of the lower floors down to bedrock would be for sale
