This isn't related to PvP or the lag or any thing IN THE NETHER.

But the biggest problem is the ability to go ABOVE the bedrock level.

It is so simple! So many people could use this to their advantage and have forever safe homes in the nether.

Ask Vitto or my on how to perform this action.

Simple fix. set a region and flag it entry-deny

Mario. World Guard can be used to select a huge area and then set a region. It would take a couple of minutes maximum

Click bedrock with wand.
Right Click bedrock with wand.

/region define hellnobitches
/region flag hellnobitches entry deny

Done. It hurt so much.
