The regions' "completing" Order

In the future, we will probably like to expand the server's plots' number, and possibly even be one of this servers that have 100 players at a time
(since 5 regions X 8 gyms per one will give us 40 players (at least) that are gymleaders, so with the current amount of active players pretty much everybody will be a gymleader when all the regions are done).
If we will keep doing it the way things work now, it will be 4 kanto badges > johto acces, 4 Johto badges > hoenn acces, 4 hoenn badges > Sinoh acces, 4 Sinnoh badges > Unova acces.
With this system, we will end up with something like: "Unova - an Elite only region", and I'm not sure we want this to happen.
Also, if we plan on every region to be harder than the one before it (like it is now), some players might never see even hoenn.
Since we want the server be as similar as possible to the games, and with the help of our new planned spawn that will have a warp to every region spawn
(if it was a secret, then oops.) -
Why don't we just do that all the players can acces All the regions, and instead of highering the level every region, highering the level according to the gym's number -
Like in the game (bold letters to catch your attention, if you read this, it probably worked)
We may not execute this right now - as there are only 2 regions, but I think it's a good idea for the future, The guy who thought about it is a genius in my opinion  .
So, my fellows, what do you think?

I couldn't agree with you more Raveh. Although maybe Johto should stay the same because it's sort of like an elite version of Kanto with them connected and all. Then again there will be that generation that grew up with Johto and want to start there......

I agree with Archie. Gyms will only get harder. Hopefully it will be like the current Johto situation, you only need the badges to challenge the gyms. Maybe they'll allow multiple houses (2 houses but in different regions?) because Unova has over 40 houses in some cities...
