Hoenn ain't failing we have 3 active builders! Unova has 1, and Sinnoh has like 5

ACTUALLY sinnoh only has the 1(le me),but it has these people called "builders" that just watch me place blocks and do not understand what 2:1 means. Because you know everyone is falling behind in math nowadays with the exception of Asians and Indians

And considering I built the majority of sinnoh(and tene for Unova), just proves why we are head builder and other builders are not.... The rest of the head builders should not rely on their lesser builders. If you want something done do it yourself, sure I bitch at my builders to build things, BUT I do it WHILE BUILDING there's a interesting concept

Warmonger is worthy of the title. He did 'found' the Unova region and lay out the starting foundations.
Alot of the previous builders also deserve the title, either for building alot of what is there or just starting it out.
