Hello my name is Bginch4949. I was a repeated offender when it came to breaking rules. And what I was banned for was stupidity on my own part (giving out badges) I screwed up.. But now that my computer is working (got a new one for all who care) I want to appeal to that I be allowed back on...from reading all the threads I missed, the environment seems to be better then ever and I miss that.
