Again my computer is being a piece of shit, I'm not sure what caused my issue it seems to be software related but I can't access or use any program outside of safe mode after much trouble shooting I've come to a system restore and crossed fingers if this doesn't work not sure what ill do but I will keep everyone posted ill probably go to bed before this finishes so ill update tomorrow admins if you need me you have my phone number
