Hii

I heard mutliverse broke on the server:/
Anyways, I got it for 1.2 and its working.
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/multiverse-core/ is the page for the plugin and the link to the dev builds is where the latest version is.

Just click on the link that says Multiverse-[pLugin]-2.4.jar to download

Before u import the worlds in, open each world in single player and allow it to convert to the anvil thingy. Otherwise the maps will be overwritten with a random seed.

Did you convert the worlds manually rigby?
