Ok, after a lot of putting it off, I have started construction on the HMS Dauntless.

Ok, i've been putting off building for awhile but have recently picked up progress. I'm up to doing the rigging on the HMS Dauntless but at the same time as building it I have updated the HMS Providence. I have replaced the original pic with version 2.0 in the first post. Please have a look and tell me what you think.

The HMS Dauntless is finally complete!!!!

Suggestions and comments would be appreciated. Also on the red ensign at the back, the blue and white bit is meant to be a union jack but doesn't look much like it (looks like the flag of Finland :P). Suggestions on that would also be good.






The HMS Dauntless is a 1st rate ship of the line, meaning it's the biggest and most powerful ship of the time. It has 100 canons and was the flagship of Commodore James Norrington in POTC 1.


P.S. You may notice that in the movie it had a blue ensign but in real life it was in the area of the red squadron so I decided to go with fact.

Finally finished the HMS Interceptor. It has been finished for a little while but I only just got around to posting it.
I apologise for how long this has taken. This is by far the smallest ship i've built and should have been the quickest. I had a huge gap with not building ships that spanned a few months and then picked it up and finished it off in a couple days.


Here it is:







The HMS Interceptor appeared in the first POTC movie and is the most well know Royal Navy ship in the series. It was known to be small but very fast, fastest in the fleet. The Black Pearl was the only one who was able to outrun it, causing its destruction.
It is a brig and has 16 canons + 2 swivel guns.

Same thing applies with the HMS Dauntless in regards to the red ensign instead of the blue.


I've made quite a few updates in regards to the HMS Dauntless, so I may post a new pic.
I can't decide what i'll build next. I've actually built all the major RN ships now, except the HMS Endeavour but it's the same type as the Dauntless. I'm either going to build a RN corvette or 3rd rate.
