Lost pokemon due to the update.

Hey all my pokemon in my inventory and storage were gone. It has been so long that I can only remember a few like gengar draganite charizard gyrados. that's just a few. I was wondering if you could roll me back to get them or something and my proof is that i still have all my items and badges. Just no pokemon except the starter it made me pick. Let me know what i should do thanks.

I can attempt to restore your pre-backup pokemon, but if that doesn't work, then I'm out of ideas.

My only good ones were my starting six so instead of rolling me back can you just place those ones in my pc or something?
