Solution to Spare Badges

Ok, so for the rare ones that aren't being burned, We've had suggestions like money. I think that the server has enough money circulating already, so How about this:
MagicSpells will be implemented and MasterDonators will get 1 free spell with unlimited usage, minus the cooldown etc yada, and the public will have scrolls availible for purchase.
Suggestion: Trade a badge for a specific scroll. So the Earth/Crops badge gives something like ForeSight (to use the old terminology we had in the past) and each badge has a set scroll spell it can trade for.

Some people have so many badges stock piled i feel like it would give them a pretty big edge on other players, and cheapen the introduction of the spells.

how about instead of that, doing something like giving experience level for enchants instead, something that gives them something tangible and useful, but at the same time doesnt give them too much an edge or cheapen the re-introduction of the spells/take away from the master donator rank.

I believe in a money for badge system, since we can set that up via sign with ease.
