How to lock someone in a world?

/pex user (user) add multiverse.access.(region)
/pex user (user) remove multiverse.access.world


I tried this on frenzy with the obvious things filled in. He could get into hoenn but when he typed /spawn he could get back to Kanto. How do we make it so they can't leave?

mio actually made a new group banished which removes all forms of spawn tpa warp and home and u just have to put them in the region and they shouldnt be able to get out... well played mio, well played
