Last time I checked, going into someone's house with no permission and (probably) killing them was illegal. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Its their fault for leaving their house open to intruders. And a house is only pvp-allowed upon the owners request.

i bought the house no one ever informed me it was PvP enabled 1ce told me about /region info but i just learned that after the incedent and my house was closed

He might left his house open but still he dident know that it was pvp in his house .
Wich it shouldent have been in the first place .
I think it would be a friendly and decent thing of cab to give it back to him .
And I think we have a rule aswell saying :
Dont enter some one there house unless invited .
And I dont think draco said you could come in cab .
So I'f You can pass everything back to him that would be a friendly thing off you .
