What's Going On With Sinnoh?

So I'm not really clear as to what is happening with Sinnoh and the other regions in progress, can someone please fill me in?

Is the smash bros server now for Sinnoh Hoenn etc. building?
Should I build in the Sinnoh that is on the main server?
Is anyone other than Heads allowed in Sinnoh right now?
Is it possible for me to help build Kanto?
Is Kanto even still being rebuilt?
What is your favourite colour?
What is an axolotl?

A: No
Is anyone other than Heads allowed in Sinnoh right now?
A: Only Admins/Mods/Heads
Is it possible for me to help build Kanto?

A: Yes, and so is Johto, Hoenn (Outlines) soon, Sinnoh (At least some parts), And Unova (Parts)

A: Purple and Blue

A: Its a Cool looking amphibian.
