I know that Pokemon health doesn't regen. But in real life, it basically means that if I was to fall over now, and go into a coma, and I couldn't regen to wake up, then I'm dead forever unless someone carries me away. But, when would that happen? It could take forever for all I care. By then. I'd probably be dead.

the fuck, bro? If you fall down hit your head and go into a coma, you would go to a pokecenter, it's called a hospital. I'm against removing health regen but your argument is not valid
