WE have considered all of the mod applications. Here's how we decided:
Did you fill out the form?
Were you a good time zone?
Are you a good candiate?
About 10% of the candidates were wiped out at the first part, 80% of them were wiped out at the step, and 10% at the third part.
We voted on having Vitto as mod with limited permissions and consider Ali
