Every time I have been in need of help from an admin they have always been more than helpful, I have never had an admin be rude to me or ignore me, though when I have an issue I don't constantly bug them or spam the chat saying their name over and over. I find that if you are kind to them, ask nicely one time, and do not continually pester them about the issue they help you if and when they can.
