Interesting Suggestion

Now I obtained my first badge from the most FUN and Entertaining leader, Miosio/Night's gym.

Mini-games how fun! Now think Night, why not make it a game corner area for trainers WITH your badge AND Johto access.

You can get a profit, and players can wager money to win against each other.

Now I doubt you would allow this as there are many trainers out there wanting your badge but I believe eventually this should be added.

That may be a good idea, but there is a big problem; it wouldn't be ideal to only  let badge holders only into it as that would require an entirely different plugin that would have to be specialised based upon the badges plugin so overall this would not be ideal, it's easier just to let everyone into say a mini game zone for example in the theme park in the nova region when that region is complete or have a link to it under pokemon centres like the wifi links in the games

It wouldn't be that difficult as most leaders usually know who won. And besides, ONLY Johto trainers are allowed into the Johto accessible things houses gym battles etc.

Too many of the games require admin/mod access due to regions. So no.
