I googled 'user logged in from another location minecraft'
And it turned up fairly harmless stuff.
If I see more of a corelation between hacking and that message, I'll dig further.
Until then, Google is your friend. They haven't become Skynet yet.

Maybe checking the IP of the locations? Sometimes its just changing minecrafts.
