Ok, banned on my second day, can't say im surprised but here I go!


So, according to Hixhen I was banned for Xraying. I was mining randomly at about the height of 17 if memory serves and the few words i glimpsed of him saying on TS3 were " I was watching you. " Atleast thats what I think he said so it must've looked alot like Xray. If you go further back you can see I was strip mining ( I think that was further back and a bit back was a mining shaft ), from there on I decided just to mine abit random, hoping I'd get lucky with some coal and iron and what not. I find some diamonds ( 5 I think ) by just mining down a few blocks under my feet which I can see resembles Xray alot now that I think about it. I can't really think of any else to sayin my defense.


As far as my punishment goes, I would like to help build Hoenn or some other project being worked on at this moment.


Oh, and I've never tried this oen before so I just have to  You go Cell!

I think people need to be much more clear and have much more proof and knowledge that people are Xraying before they ban them. Im not saying that he didnt Xray as i couldnt know. But i think that with the amount of Xrayers that are caught each day. You have to wonder if 50% of all new players are actually the rule breakers that people say they are.

Ok, I'm banned, I can live with that. But where is your proof? Video? Screenshot? I would like to see them if you have any, otherwise, I call bullshit on this theory. And who the hell Xrays for coal?

Coal's pretty valuable. You use it for smelting, cooking, and torches.

Coal is shit, you can just get wood and melt it. I have ONE FUCKING RULE for new mods. Make sure they're not strip mining. Aldo, do you have team speak? I'd like to meet with you, get you back on the server, go to the place where you did mine and see this for myself.

i only found out about this the other day when punt showed me. Um, its where u mine out a big room and keep mining it like that i think.

ok since when have admins posted proof on bans? When i was banned there was NO proof posted, i took it apon myself to say i did it, but seriously, why should he be held to different standards?

Yes but he has simply been accused. There is no proof of him Xraying and there is a possibility that he didnt

STRIP MINING IS ILLEGAL? Why, Why why why why why? It's completely legit.

I don't think that said strip mining is illegal. I think it said that if a mod finds someone finding a lot of ores, make sure they aren't strip mining so that they don't get banned on mistake.
