Badges++ Fixes

So recently Cal sent us the source code of Badges++. What that means is we can fix anything we want with it. So, any bugs you find with the plugin, please say here and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Permissions default Zephyr or Boulder badge to op

GetBadges shows user badges and not target badges

No way to remove a single badge.

Oh and of course the other 3 regions

I have been off doing my own things. My server had another short spurt of life for about six weeks, I got engrossed into coding asof a month ago and have coded alot (olyChatSuite, olySquads(teams), olyStreaks(kill streaks), Magical Creepers (creepers give magical effects on explosion), Magical Arrows (you can craft a magical bow that shoots magical arrors), olyForge(mcMMO repair, except standalone), and now im working on two gigantic plugins, one a massive mod for a server I am creating soon, somewhat similar to TF2, and another I have been contracted to make for $150).

This server really is to thank for all of that. If I had never found you guys and coded Badges++, I would still be a complete code noob. That's really where a resparked my interest in coding.

Is it possible to allow badge inspection for us players aswell? Similar to stat inspection, we would have to be within a certain range of block distance to inspect the player's badges. Just a suggestion.

maybe /badges inspect <playername> only elites/mod/admin can do that

They already have a command for inspecting player's badges (/getbadges) but it is limited to ops, I believe.
