Relevance: minimal.
I've thought of theories for HM effects since week 1.
Fly: /warp with pre-visit requirements, game locations only.
Cut: Mark locations as non-entry unless you have it.
Surf: Prevent swimming until you have it.
Strength: Grief Much?
Flash: TorchBlock follow.
WhirlPool: Mark Locations as non-entry unless you have it.
WaterFall: Mark Locations as non-entry unless you have it.
Rock Climb: I feel like I'm repeating myself.
We should have this!!!
Maybe strength could be:
-admin marks a block as ''strength-able'
-a region of around 10 blocks is set around the 'strength block' and players cannot push the boulder out of that area
-when the area is absent of any player, the 'strength block' resets to original position
-if someone attempts to push the "strength block" into another block or a wall or a player..... it doesnt move....
-an item would be set as the ''strength HM"
Also I think cut and rock smash would be better as just a block that can be broken with the HM item.
