HORRIBLE LAG SPIKES

Im obviously not the only one experiencing this and unfortunately nobody has spoken up. Well its time someone did.
Please could admins find the cause of this constant lag which renders the server almost impossible to play on.

The server had at least 5 consecutive crashed yesterday, at 2 different times also.

I think it has something to do with the Nether being recently opened, but I'm not sure, I could be completely wrong on that :p

Not to bash the creators but the lag started ever since the admins started add the new plugins (Mobs in grass, running shoes, etc.)

No, that's not it War. Two weeks after they've added Mobs in grass the server was fine. These past 2 days were deadly laggy.
