Give me one reason. We've given him more than enough chances to redeem himself and he never did. I try to be as merciful as I can but he's hopeless.unless you can prove time that he deserves it, I refuse to allow him to take another step on this server. It would be a mockery of my admin abilities to vote anythingin favor of this user because his sole purpose is to be an ass.

It is my fault I have escalated these annoyances to this point. Earlier, I felt wronged by for what I believed was an unjust ban and felt the need to bring these supposed wrongs to light (via satire), but I had failed all along to see that the problem was myself. I kept blaming all my problems on others without seeing my own contribution.
 
I in no way deserve to be let back after my mockery, but it would be a great joy to continue working on Unova. Please, consider this.

And the point isn't that Bes pushed "Mio" or that Mio got "hurt". The point is that Bes "afk pushed" which is why he was made dumbass for so long. Also I think Bes killing people who come along his path isn't too much of a deal, there's always someone who attacks people in PvP zones.

Course it wont mean much but he is the only reason I am even on the server. All the work dont in Unova would not be where it is today without him. One thing I must say is that your choice in punishments for him has been most unfair. Because of the way you have crippled his abilities to do anything all he CAN do is bug people. I mean. Challenging gyms is hard/impposible and all there is to do is try and see what you can do given the limits of your punishment. I mean the hole time I was in Unova most of my time was spent trying to get out or take advantage of the situation. There wasnt much but when faced with a punishment like that that is the default reaction. See unlike many other players this is the only server me and Ben have ever been on. So where as some can go elsewhere and cool down, all we can do is try to have fun with the limits placed upon us.
 
But if your mind is made up there will be little I can do to change it. Do what you feel is right and I will do what I can.

No, I'm willing to change my stance, it's just very difficult with the ridiculous amount of evidence against him. So I asked for one point to prove me point and I'll stick with that. You've given me one point so far: "He has nothing else to but bother people because he has no permissions". Even though that's a horrible excuse, I'll counter it!: Archie. He has pretty much the same punishment and is not getting in this situation, is he now.


Give me a valid excuse why he should stay. Don't ask for sympathy. Don't ask for forgiveness. You've passed that line. I need cold hard proof why you benefit the server more than you break it.

REALLY!? You guys are all just idiots. I mean really? What in the world can Ben even DO??? He has access to /spawn. If you IDIOTS get killed by him...its your fault. To be completely honest I am disgusted by the harsh and irrational decisions made recently by a good chunk of the admin team. This includes Mio, Zombie, and now (sadly) Paradox. I have seen more complaints about the first two people here is the last few weeks than Ben. But because of their position, nothing is done about it. I mean think about it. If all you could do is wander around Kanto and fish to even survive what would you do? Heck I was locked in Unova for how long and all I could think about was trying to kill someone. If you dont want to die DONT GO INTO PVP AREA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
As for the admins. Ive been thinking about this for a while and I have decidied to make a stand. I move to have both Mio and Zombie moved out of OP and down to Mod positions. I feel that much of the admin team has lost track of their true point in being an admin (which is to HELP people). I feel that the stress of the admin position and the lack of drive to do good has cause more problems than is worth dealing with and they need some time to have fun on the server. As a side note to this I move the Anniiee be moved up to Admin position to take up some of the slack. She has been more than helpful to others and I feel it is much deserved (if she desires it). Now there are those who will disagree with my claims but know that this comes from seeing the may complaints and unreturned pleas for help given from a large section of our new server members.
 
I also move to have the wilds closed and a new world opened. In this world I suggest there to be a small town like area where people ( for a SMALL fee) can purchase buildings in which to buy and sell items. The rest of this world will of course be pvp and will not follow the rules of no pushing, only killing someone 6 times and such. And in this world there can be the mining and pvp we all love.
 
Now frankly I am just pissed at you all for getting to this point. Ben, lay off. Others, just ignore Ben and go about ur business. Admins, please consider my proposals and keep in mind why this server is still running. There have been close to 20,000 people that have logged onto this server. Many have not stayed for one reason or another but the people who have stayed have stayed because they saw something that they figured they would enjoy. If people leave this server there will always be more to replace them, but I cannot stress enough the need for those players who have been on for a long time. Those people are the ones who have found a love for this server and have done all they can to enjoy their time here. For any of us to dissrespect one another is just beyond wrong and must come to an end. If we just keep getting eachother mad, the only thing the admins can do to shut up your bickering is to ban said player. But if every time someone made me mad and I bugged the admins til they banned them, the admins would be pissed, the players would be pissed, and I could no longer have fun on this server. Everyone just needs to grow up, move on, and learn from their mistakes.
 
This is an amazing server. I would hate to see it die because one person made you mad. Please dont let this server die. 

I don't understand, aren't you leaving for 2 years? Requesting all these changes for the admin staff, and the server? Why would you post insults to the admins and other players and try to fight the battle for the person if you won't even continue your travels with said person on this server. I'm with Paradox and Mio, and any other that find this level of disrespect appalling.

As to Archie's point earlier as well, as there will "always" be a jackass or troll on the server, that may be true, but by setting a reasonable example on one whom acted this way will help enforce that we diminish the amount of "Trolls" for everyone's enjoyment.

And for the killing by viridian, if people pass him, he has to kill them, i mean, what is he going to do?? he can't be killed and lose all his days work, he has to survive. And if they don't act like they are going to kill him at first then kill him later, he still loses, so killing them keeps him alive, its like hes playing on hardcore mode.

Just because he gives credit to you for what he has done means nothing to me. It's like at the start of most books, there's a dedication page. He's dedicated to you but you do not deserve the credit nor the equal amount of respect for what he's done just because you inspired him. And I don't care about Unova. If you've done so much for only that, I'd happily lock you in Unova, take away your ability to do anything except break and build blocks (Including messages, talking, ect.) because the only thing it sounds like you've done is build.

 He is one of the smartest, and best pvpers on this server. Who should have gotten dumbass taken away awhile ago, and who shouldn't have to appeal in the first place. No one was hurt, just Him banned. So I think You need to look over this whole ban in the first place before you consider keeping him banned under false pretenses. And para it was a disrespect to him to keep him dumbass after it was suppose to be taken away. He didn't troll that whole time. Hix got dumbass taken away RIGHT when it was suppose to be taken away.

If you didn't delete that, 1ce posted how afk pushing wouldn't be able to happen because you can't go "afk". So why shouldn't people just afk at there houses? And there was NO HARM DONE!!! TO ANYONE!

And if he had made a nice appeal, like MANY people have, then I would've been apologizing at this moment. Bg bruddha, he pushed me in and took my prot iv d set that was brand new durability, along with other items I had and my XP levels. I posted a complaint, Ice decided it was my fault, and so I left it at the admins decision, even if it was against how I felt it should have been handled. If it was you, how would you have felt? His dumbass title was given to him for other reasons as well.
