That isnt russian, the original song was russian, but the government thought the lyrics were too capitalistic-ish,
so they banned the song. If eduard would ever sing it again, he would be thrown into jail.  So instead of singing the actual song, he replaced the lyrics with lolololol.

He trolled the russian government, this is why he became a symbol of trolls.
Unfortunately, Eduard Khill  died a few weeks ago.

All players need access to these warps in order to challenge a gym. Unless the admins can find a way to manually set the commands for each player as to which warps they can /warp to. But Im not sure how the warp SIGNS work so Im not sure...

Admins could make only certain warps accessible in the permissions file (They'd hate that)
 Then gym warps could be done using script block (@bypass /warp [gymarena]


Thats the only possible solution I see..
