Rules are rules. Don't know him, don't care, but if you say this is punishment and renig on it, what is it then? You don't stick to your own rules, the all this server seems to be is a popularity contest.
 
Since this is a public forum, I'm just trying to give a voice to all the new fresh blood we've seen sweep the server since the ad on minestatus(why I came on), who may not know who that is or even give a damn. But I'm sure they'd either want fair treatment, or they'll want the multiple free chances to mock admins and exploit the game.

Vithrus, it can be justified when the punishment system isn't based on action, but on intent. If a person learns the lesson they were meant to, then we can possibly agree to allow them back. This goes for any violation of any rule. We aren't robots, and can't give a value to any rule broken to create a specific punishment for it, and I really wouldn't want to. If I see someone X-Ray, I will ban them, but if they appeal and sound sincere enough to be believed, I will honestly consider unbanning them. Learning the lesson is the most important part of any punishment to me, and I can forgive someone if they do. That, not popularity, is why I have considered unbanning him (under difficult conditions). In fact, one of our most famous players was quite popular, very powerful, and was even champion when we banned him. And when ArchieSalt was compared to ZangetsuMC I knew that this was the same case, and changed my vote towards banning him. I can look through the "popularity" long enough to grit my teeth and ban. But I can also forgive with compassion and peace of mind that it won't happen again.

Due to your histories, I can't directly compare either of you two to each other. We have set the terms, and that is how they will stay.

Ill say this now.
Asking to build an entire region is too much work to be unbanned and the time it takes to build it means theres no point in returning.
I was looking forward to training and hopefully continuing my elite four challenge through my break from school. Instead im perma banned. and have a whole load of stress on my shoulders trying to get unbanned and convincing everybody that im sincerely sorry.
If nobody can see this. then ive wasted my time.

Archie, this was our decision after seeing the poll, and reading ken's argument.
By the way, Kanto was built in 1 month. So building a region won't take that long if you recruit well and build as often as you post pleas.
