Using /mvp will create a multiverse portal. /vp will make the voxel ports you're thinking of.

uhhhh im not thinkin of voxelportals, on my friends server the command for multiverse portals is
/mvp create (name)

Those are for switching between world by going through a portal, much like a nether portal. Maybe you're thinking of stargate portals?

the destination can also be set to another portal in the same world
/mvp modify dest p:[portalname]

Much more fun to script it to a block than have an ugly look portal that doesnt belong.

Yes, and then when i fixed the nimbasa scale, the houses were off, so i replaced them with the same ones just before route4
