Idracoghost/ Viridian gym

It seems as if idracoghost has become inactive on the server,so i was wondering if i could become the gym leader. I meet all the requirements. I have the Boulder and Cascade badges,and my swords,unarmed,and archery skills are all above 100(screen shots will be in links below to verify this). I have always wished to become a gym leader since i joined this server in beta 1.7,and i was hoping that you would let me be the main leader of this gym since currently no one is running it. Thanks and i hope that you will let me have this privilege.

ok wtf how the hell did naruto become the viridian leader when i asked at least 5 hours before he did to 3 admins (oddy was afk,para was screwing with plugin which was when i made this post,and mio just didn't feel like doing it). Go back into the history of what people say on the server,and you will see it. plus naruto isn't even a good leader....he won't accept my gym challenge for no reason except for the fact tht "he is busy".
