Leaders++ (Developed Plugin)

This goes out to all the mods/admins/whoever wants to read:
I have recently been motivated to come up with a plugin for this here server.  The plugin will be entitled Leaders++, to match the Badges++ plugin.  Leaders++ will be used to display the current leaders for EVERY gym in the server.  A user can type the command and city to view the leader and co-leader of the gym.  Here is a list of the basic commands that will be utilized:

• /leader <CityName>: This will display the Leader and Co-Leader (if any) of the City selected.
• /setlead <CityName>: Sets the Leader of the selected city.
• /setco <CityName>: Sets the Co-Leader of the selected city.
• /leadonline: Displays the current leaders online and which gym they run.
• /wholeads <PlayerName>: This will show what gym the selected player runs.  If the player is not a gym leader, it will merely display nothing.

I am still formulating some other features to add to this plugin.  If you have any input, please comment below.  I hope to have this plugin accepted one day.

I think its great that you are making this plugin but I have one suggestion

When someone checks who the leader(s) are for a gym, just give a list of the two names for leaders because leader and co leader are equal so they are both leader and both co. You dont need to list who is the main leader and co because there is not *main* leader...If you get what I mean

Also make this apply to Elite 4 and Champ as well? /Elite 1 /Elite 2 etc..

Maybe merge everything into one command.
Eg. /gym [gym] or /[gym] gym would show:
Leaders:
Rules:
Availability:
I find that much easier than remembering all the commands. This can be done without a new plugin but good luck.

Sorry, I meant to say I already started coding it, but I never got this much of a basis for it's functionality.
