Doesn't affect Hoenn's progress much, but designs for the Alpha bases are done, check them out south of Petalburg.

Desert Underpass was started, cliffs suck.
Joke's on me, the next four areas I plan on doing have cliffs on them

Apparently, Fortree has been started, and is offscale. 
A small part of 120 has been started, but please do not go further until Fortree is back on track.
Meteor Falls has also been started while waiting for Jotr.
Not that important, but prices to all houses have been put up.

False. It was built offscale, and you didn't build the cliffs within the cave.

Tactic didn't do much, I'm not sure how much of it mitz has done. I did most of it, like 80-90%.
