Yes, and you can also have it on a Fire Aspect Bow, before I disabled that Enchantmore effect.
That lethal combo is what carved /warp chateau out. I had WAY too much fun with it.

Yep, rune craft has an inherent balance system. You can spam the bajeezuz out of weak spells, or burn through your stockpiles with tier 6 clusterfucks.
