Hoenn Head Builder Application

Ok, so I know chances are Mario would lock this, so I posted this in here.  Anyway, here we go:
 
For a while now, the Hoenn on the server has been deserted by the building team.  Mario has been saying that he is going to fix Hoenn on a different server by himself.  Jotr is building his own Hoenn on another server.  Meanwhile, I have been spending almost all my time on the server fixing and rescaling cities and routes in Hoenn.  Therefore, I am requesting that I take over the Hoenn head builder position to help fix the current Hoenn and remove any use of exterior maps.  I have much experience with WorldEdit as well as leading a team (I'm an Eagle Scout with 6 eagle palms...tis a high accomplishment in Boy Scouts if that means anything O_O)  Anyway, I would really like to help get the team back on focus to getting Hoenn done correctly and in a timely manner.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to post below.  Hoping to hear some good news about this
 
EDIT: I also have AdvanceMap so I can easily scale correctly and double check for errors

I'm sorry if I sound stereotypical, but I'm just a bit confused on why we are starting from scratch when, as a team, we can easily fix the Hoenn we built?  I almost finished rescaling Rustboro by myself.
 
But anyway, thanks for your vote of confidence

I am the leader behind the project, however we each have equal power and say into what happens. Anon and I currently do Builder Apps, while Prod does most of the scaling and all of us do most of the building and checking to if it is sprite accurate.
