To clarify, the reason we did this, is due to the current paypal being so full, but we believe that it has mostly gone to the Server's benefit.
We do not operate believing that you are paying us as Administrators, and thus we do not, and have not, taken from the pool without promptly repaying it. It belongs to the server, and pays for rent, minestatus, and other features (if you can come up with ideas, please let us know).
However, we do put a lot of time in, and the only way to avoid temptation is to offer a different location to donate. We can't keep track of who it goes to when it is just to one person. We will not promote you if you do. It's just too difficult, and raises questions of favoritism and breeds hate. So the central pool for Admins will be set up, and equally split, and that one will get applied to your promotion, and not spent on the server's rent, etc. It is purely for our work. If there are any questions, I will look for them here, and try to address them in this post after I see them.
Tl;dr?
Server Paypal: Promotion yes, server rent yes.
Admin Paypal (to be created): Promotion yes, server rent no.
Individual Paypals: Promotion no, server rent no. Think of it as a tip. For us waiting on you and serving you.
