And as it seems the majority of the server wants him back, you can check the poll, Shouldn't the players on the server have some say in this? Personally I think we should have a server member in admin meetings to say the players opinions =3 possibly champ? Idk but we should have a say...

Time for me to digress. The reason this hasn't happened yet is because no server player knows how to SHUT THEIR TRAP. I'd bet you 30 seconds after said meeting is over, the representative would run like wildfire into the nearest channel and spout all the shit that we may or may not do, causing rumors, false hope, panic, and who knows what other effects. If you can name ONE person that can keep a secret from the players while still getting a general opinion of the player desires, please let me know. But I can think of no one that has no friends on the server who would not eventually fall to peer pressure and squeal.

also we do take wait players say into consideration for everything take full advantage of the forums. we read and review at the meetings if you dont like something we implement post about it, dont just say hey i dont like this, we will disregard that, give reasons, (i dont like this because of x,y,and z) so we can see why you dont like whatever has been done and also other players can chime in on that and give us their oppinions, same thing if you guys would want us to implement something, granted doing this wont guarentee whatever you say will be taken into effect but in icreases your odd substantially. we have taken quite a few suggestions and implemented them, we have revoked rules because we saw what the player base had said. The problem with most suggestions we see is most posts are so vague and general use details in whatever you post in regards to these types of things.

And he would lissen to us on TS and mention stuff we ask him in admin meeting .
And that the admins would choose that persone (some one they trust)

And i understand we won't always get our way, but (for instance the case with jord) We the server voted we want him to use his building powers for the server, we didn't vote this because he was all of our friends, hell, half the people who voted for him to come back don't like him, but he made a mark on this server, he was a good pvp player, and we don't nearly have enough Vets still on the server, I'm saying yes, was he abit selfish, and yes it was illegal, but if someone attempts to rob a house andgets arrested they don't get the death penalty, and in jords case, it isn't like he greifed spawn, like we have seen done so many times b4, he tried to get more items quickly, and yes illegally, but not worthy of a perma (30$) ban, save that for the people who truely try to destroy the server, not people who  try to be the very best...like no one ever was... lol but THIS is someone i want a rep to be able to say so i don't admins go "oh  joy another appeal *sarcasm* ok guys lets just vote already" because then idk if you really cared about what I wrote in the first place...P.S. this knocked out te birds on stone, a very good reasoning for why, us the people want him back, and what I want a rep being able to say for us.

I don't believe that this has been mentioned yet, but (flashback time) when I first joined this server, along with noticing Jord's autolog and fishing hacks, I also became quite aware of his pvp hacks. I don't know exactly which pvp hacks he had and it would take too long to try to describe them, but there is solid video proof of at least one of them (or there was; I'll have to check if it is still available). I would be quite surprised if no one else noticed this while he was on the server, and believe that this should be taken into consideration punishment-wise.
