Why do you want to build?: because i want to help and my creativity and eye for detail may help.
I'd like for you to elaborate on what 1:2 means, and the scaling for the house, platform, and the ladder is a bit off, which leads me to assume that you don't know what 1:2 is. . .
The colors are a bit off; it's more of a reddish-brown/brown than red. I like how you did the roof, though, and the height of the building is nice, too.

How often will you be able to build? I can build usually once a day, for about 0-5 hours week days, 0-8 hours weekends.

Again, elaborate on what 1:2 means. Even though
you probably know, I'd still like for you to elaborate to make sure. I think that the building could be a bit taller, and that you should make the roof gray rather than light blue, but do not use wool for the roof.
You did nice with the scaling, and except for the roof, the colors on the building were okay. Also, when you say you can build once a day, how much do you think you can actually do between those hours? One route? Two routes? A city? Be specific please.
