HOW OFTEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO BUILD?: Often. I am online often at pokemonserver and when i'm bored i'm building in /warp donators.

I still deny you. Your building posted is lacking and seems very bland. The roof isn't right, not the best pallet, using a texture pack to enhance it (We'e not using one, so you buildings shouldn't either), and honestly looks like it was put together in 2 minutes.

Fix the errors then we'll talk again.

How often will you be able to build? currently I have vacation so i can build something like 1-2 sometimes 3 hours , in 1 week when the vacation is over i can build ... i think 1 hour

Tactic and I feel that Hoenn has enough builders, or at least enough active people. Mario, Prod, if you wish to object, take it to Hoenn Meetings.

Are you a good builder?: yes i am kinda i couldn't say I'm the best but I'm pretty good with redstone for a lot
Anyone can apply, because we just need a good builder who can build on scale. Are you a good builder?: I am a great builder.
Do you have Emerald/Emulator/Advanced Map?: I use advance map to edit ruby/sapphire and I use emulators for b/w2

Do you know what scaling we use to build?: no but I'm a quick builder and I use world edit a lot so I can scale with that without it I can do but I'm a little off like 1/2 blocks
How often will you be able to build: umm 3pm-12pm eastern standard time except this weekend because of thanks giving

Could you sort of clean up the application a bit? Start each question on a different line, it makes it easier to read. Also, I'd like to see the entire exterior of the lab, roof and all. We use a 1:2 scale. One step in a Pokemon game=Two Minecraft blocks.

Considering you're lacking of knowledge of our scaling, which is in this forum board actually, I can't tell whether you build you lab to scale or not. So redo it using the 1:2 scale (1 in game block is a 2x2 square in Minecraft) or please give me the dimensions as to the lab you built. Thanks.
