Puppy Damage in Non-PvP?

Why can puppies be able to harm you in Non-PvP, when you can't hurt them back? I see a lot of camping coming out of this...

you mean NON-PvP and i agree shishs dogs chased me around viridiancity until i finnally climbed up on the trees and on the gym were they couldn't get me

Pplayers used to go about killing dogs in no pvp while the owners of the dogs could only watch the slaughter, ebing helpless. Guess this is a way of payback? :p

the only way was through pots and you cant do that anymore

Players retreat back into no-pvp.

If the player relogs, it has the same affect.
