I don't see how you could get so sick that you have to stay away for more than 3 days. I understand a couple, but Para use to attend admin meetings when he sounded like he was dying. Not to say you should be doing things when you are sick and all, but most sicknesses are only really bad for a day or two. I know I took gym challenges when I was puking before.
You know, not everyone likes staring an an electronic screen while puking their guts out. Instead of challenging Mymom, let them take a few sick days. It's not like the server is a place where you HAVE to be there as often as physically possible. That, and there's a big difference between Paradox, who was a server admin, and Mymom, who's a gymleader.
