So it seems I won't be able to get on for an unknown amount of time as my Mac isn't working and I can't get into a Mac store until Monday. If anyone wants to provide tech support, that'd be great. When I turn it on I'm met with a white screen. I've tried starting it in safe mode, single-person mode, resetting the ram and reinstalling OSX from recovery mode(didn't even give me any options to reinstall onto) but none of them have worked.
Have you tried running disk utility on it? Its accessed from the recovery mode screen (CMD+R while turning on)
I just tried that and verify disk said everything was ok on my Mac OS X Base System (which was the only option) but it's still not working. EDIT: It has spontaneously started working again since connecting to a different internet, via Ethernet...

Turns out this was a one off and it's broken again. Went to a Mac guy and he said that the harddrive is dead/dying. Until I get this fixed, I'm going to be inactive once again.
It's been a busy summer. I guess I'm the only one who uses this thread anyways.
