Because this server needs someone to help it out of its slump in essence, the server has many people who troll and know no discipline. I was one of them at one point so I would know. As a mod, i would have authority, be able to give warnings, and just help out in general.
Also, I am at every admin meeting I can be and I'm always listening to what everyone has to say while I'm there.
