How Long Have You Been A Part Of The Pokemon Server: I have been playing on the Pokemon Server for about 1 or 2 months.
Why Would You Be A Good Admin: I would be a good admin because I am great at helping others and am on a lot of the time. Also I am admin on two other servers and am greatly liked on both. 
Do You Know How To Use World Guard: I somewhat know a lot about world guard.

Take a look at some of the other applications, in particular, those that actually got accepted, and see how they differ to your application. You may want to fix things up a bit, just sayan

also, I don't think its your application that gets you the rank, but your actual attitude and conduct on the server - We never used to have Applications and people were still chosen for the job based on more analysis of their actual personality and attitude.

Applications can still help, but yes, I agree with you on this.

90% of an application is informing us that you're interested. A couple times we have selected a person but passed over them because they didn't apply.
