Unfair Banning

Look, I got banned with no warning, and even though msg and p c are meant to be private, that day someone had pvp raided my home and destroyed everything. I had got dumped by my girl friend IRL, and my family was going through VERY tough times, poverty and being split apart by divorce. I am older and calmer now, and I just ask to be unbanned for what happened, for everyone deserves a second chance. And this will be my second chance if you do not un ban me, I have sent my request to the server staff,not know how this was to try and be unbanned, which was real stupid of me. I know previously I had accused people of hacking, but I know have actually gotten better at pvp and have learned almost everything about pluggins to not get this mis under standing. Please please please un ban me.

Doesn't change anything. If he wanted, he could have appealed 6 months 13 days ago, and would've been subject to the rules from then.

If someone does something that is legal, before it's illegal, and is persecuted wrongly for it, does it make what he DID illegal if the law is changed?

That's obvious. I think what happened is he broke a rule and then was banned for it. Then they changed that rule later to be allowed. That's what I interpret anyways.
