May be fixes to address the fact that those 3 'leaked pokemon' were actually in the GTS database and could be entered as Pokemon wanted for trades. This and Junichi Masuda stating that there will be more Pokemon makes me think those 3 pokemon are real.

Nah, checked with people in serebii irc, its related to the communication bugs in gts that'd end up making you restart your game.
