I just beat kjdavvit and i was tping him back, but i accedently tp'ed to kjpepper and he/she killed me and took all of my stuff and some of kjdavvit's stuff, I don't know if what he did results in a punishment but I had a lot of stuff on me because I was building in my VIP

I'm inclined to go with this. The stuff from building your VIP is irrelevant when compared with that from the gym challenge. You should really be more wary I think.
