I've waited like 10 hours now and its been 3 days and I call the Vermilion Gym!

I do have the requirements. I have 4 Kanto Gym Badges and multiple PvP skills over level 100.

Please he didn't post till after he timed out. I waited 14 hours stayed up till 4 in the morning just to get it.

Theres also players that have received gyms the instant the previous leader times out, e.g. ShinyDialga45 replacing yahel47 in Cinnabar.

Rule 1 applies to forums, and you didn't notify anyone until after you timed out, so someone was bound to do this...
