Oddy issues

So 1ce made a thread like this last night, and I like the idea, rather than posting in "Admin complaints" I would appreciate any to post here with any complaints or crotisms about me specifically. Nothing you say about me here will be held agsinst you I just want to see any areas you all think I may need to improve, things I should do differently, so lets go people, what do you think.

been working crazy hours the past couple weeks should be back to 40 hour work week shortly currently working 60-72 hours a week though sorry
