Is johto gonna get reset too or only kanto? Cause i have a house in Goldenrod and wanna know if i have to move all my stuff.

Yes Johto is also being rebuilt.

The only reason Johto is gonna get reset is because Kanto 3.0 is gonna be linked with all the regions not just Johto

VIPs will not be deleted, and it's best that you move everything into your VIP before the map is replaced.
