In my eyes, if 1ce put the perms for bounty to regular trainers, xander would have too many bounties on him.

Ermaguhrd today I lost 2 sets of p4, my unbreaking 3, sharp 5 axe, and some other above average enchants. He only started spamming after he died fairly the first time. (Also lost his original stuff.)

Noobs can just use them and Kill people without accualy using skill or Pvp

Half the skill in PvP is being able to dodge the opponents attack.

Banning harmin potions... Next minute, you'll want poison potions banned, then 'OP' enchants banned, and really, potions and enchants altogether. It'll be like pre-1.0 again...
