Xander Griefing My House

Apparently Xander came into my house in cerulean city, and found a non guarded area and griefed it, so I want to know if it is against the rules to do that, and if I could get my stuff back, Thanks

Well the area he greifed was likely outside of the protected area of the house, like an external room or couple of blocks. Though normally greifing peoples' builds is allowed, this was in your house and he couldn't have gotten their without trespassing, which is against the rules. You will likely be reimbursed for your stuff.
I recommend blocking the door of your house to prevent future intrusion.
